I use a time tracking software for all work, with times rounded up or down to the nearest 15 minutes.

£25/ per hour

  • Ideal for short term projects
  • Great option for an Inbox detox

The Light Plan


£110/per month


  • Includes 5 hours work ( that equals £22 an hour)
  • Additional hours available by agreement at £22 an hour
  • Great for regular work across the month

Premium Plan


£200/per month


  • Includes 10 hours work ( that equals £20 an hour)
  • Additional hours available by agreement at £20 an hour
  • Great for freeing up time and growing your business

Hi, I’m Yasmin, a UK born, Portugal based Virtual Assistant.

 

I provide professional, high quality assistant services to clients, mainly in the UK, but also Portugal, helping them stay organised, focused, and free to do what they do best: grow their business.

 

With a friendly approach and a sharp eye for detail, I specialise in making the behind the scenes part of your business run smoothly, from inbox and calendar management to daily admin that keeps everything on track.

 

And when I’m not supporting my lovely clients, you’ll usually find me having fun with my three amazing kids, enjoying the beauty of the Alentejo, or simply sitting back watching our very entertaining cats.
